ITEM 106-2005-R0300  Authorization to Paint Existing Areas of Auxiliary Services; Montana State University - Bozeman

THAT: Consistent with the provisions of MCA 18-2-102 (b), the Board of Regents of the Montana University System authorizes Montana State University-Bozeman to paint various areas of Auxiliary Services on campus at Montana State University-Bozeman. The estimated cost for this project is $250,000.

EXPLANATION: 1. The facilities under this project are distributed throughout the campus at Montana State University-Bozeman.

2.                  The facilities under the responsibility of Auxiliary Services are in need of maintenance painting to protect surfaces and prevent deterioration of surfaces.

3.                  This project will be financed with funds from Auxiliary Operations Revenue (renewal and replacement budget) in excess of debt service obligations.
