ITEM 106-301-R-0100 Application fee for degree seeking students; Flathead Valley Community College

THAT: The Board of Regents of the Montana University System authorizes Flathead Valley Community College to assess an application fee of $15.00 for degree seeking students to begin fall 2000.

EXPLANATION: Most educational institutions charge a one-time application fee and in comparison of peer institutions and an analysis of projected institutional costs for processing applications, a one-time $15.00 application fee would help defray costs associated with maintaining and completing applications.
