ITEM 110-1002-R0101  Planning for School of Law Building Expansion; The University of Montana-Missoula

 

THAT:   Consistent with the provisions of MCA 20-25-302, the Board of Regents of the Montana University System authorizes The University of Montana to implement steps necessary to retain a consultant to provide preliminary planning for the expansion of the School of Law. The schematic planning for this facility will not exceed $75,000. Private donations will wholly fund this project.

 

EXPLANATION: The architectural firm selected will provide programming and schematic design solutions and estimates for the expansion of the School of Law building.
