ITEM 121-114-R1103   Approval of Tentative Agreement with Pacific Northwest Regional Council of Carpenters; Office Commissioner of Higher Education

 

THAT: The Montana Board of Regents of Higher Education approves the Tentative Agreement with Pacific Northwest Regional Council of Carpenters

 

EXPLANATION: Pacific Northwest Regional Council of Carpenters bargaining unit will have voted to ratify the tentative agreement prior to the Regents meeting or this item will be withdrawn. The Regents will be given a copy of the specific language changes incorporated in the tentative agreement after the ratification vote but prior to the date of the Regent meeting.
