ITEM 122-1014-R0304:  Approval of Fee Increases/Decreases for AY 2004-2005 The University of Montana-Missoula

THAT: The Board of Regents of Higher Education authorizes The University of Montana-Missoula to implement the proposed fee increases/decreases for the Academic Year 2004-2005.

 

EXPLANATION: The Commissioner of Higher Education requested the campuses of the Montana University System submit, with justification, proposed changes in fees for the Academic Year 2004-2005 meeting one of the following criteria: 1) An increase of $15 per year per FTE for a single fee; 2) An increase of over 3% for any single fee; or 3) any new fee. The attached summary identifies the fees meeting any of the criteria.
