ITEM 123-1901-R0504    Authorization to Expend Student Computer & Equipment Fees; The University of Montana - Helena College of Technology

THAT: In accordance with Montana University System Policy 940.23 and 940.26, the Board of Regents authorizes the expenditure of student computer and equipment fee money for student computer lab upgrades - 40 computers (Airport and Donaldson buildings) ($41,000).

EXPLANATION: Board of Regents Policy 940.23 and 940.26 requires Board approval of all purchases from Computer Fee funds over $25,000. The Student Government endorses this proposal.
