Board policy
1. Those Department of Administration Personnel
Policies and Procedures which address, or can be adapted to, the needs of all the units of the Montana University System may be implemented by the Montana
University System when specifically adopted by the Board of Regents.
2. Department of Administration Personnel
Policies and Procedures not specifically adopted by the Board of Regents shall
not be in effect for the Montana University System.
